However, to ensure the bike remains in resale condition, it must not be used outdoors.

Test It Indoors:
Feel free to unbox your LegalRider and test it inside your home or private property to see if it meets your expectations. However, the bike must not be ridden outdoors to qualify for a return.
Hassle-Free Return:
If LegalRider doesn’t meet your expectations, contact our support team within 30 days. We will guide you through the return process, provided the bike is in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
No Risk, Only Rewards:
You can enjoy a risk-free experience with LegalRider. If it’s not the perfect fit, we’ll refund your purchase as soon as we receive the bike, unused and in its original condition.
Terms for Accepting a Return:
- Condition of the Bike: The bike must be unused outdoors and returned in perfect condition. The bike must not show any signs of use on public roads or outdoor spaces.
- Return Period: You must contact customer support within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return.
- Return Process: The bike must be packaged securely in its original packaging or an equivalent protective solution for shipping. Where if needed you can mail us on sales@fastlegal.bike for assistance.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the bike, our team will inspect it to confirm it is in its original condition. If all conditions are met, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days. If the bike is found to be used outdoors or damaged, we may deny the refund or offer a partial refund.
- Original Accessories and Documentation: All original accessories (tools, manuals, etc.) must be included. Missing items may result in a reduced refund.
- Proof of Purchase: Ensure to include proof of purchase (such as the receipt or order confirmation email) in the return package.
